Janice Claypoole is an awesome Woman of God who has dedicated her life to helping the hurting and less fortunate. She answered God's call to "Preach the Word" in 1978, starting out as an evangelist and working in the prison/jail ministry. In 1989, she started the Ark of Mercy. Janice is a licensed minister in the Church of God. She serves on the Ministerial Care Board in Kentucky. She also serves on the Pastoral Advisory Board, School of Theology, and the General Benevolence Board in Cleveland, Tennessee. Chad and Francie Keathley are the associate pastors. They are devoted to the work of the Lord to help guide us as a body, and to help lift up the hands of our Pastor. The couple met at youth camp, and youth ministry has been a common thread throughout their individual ministries and ministry together. Chad and Francie have been tried in the refiner's fire, and have come out on the other side shining for Jesus. Their ministry has truly encompassed the meaning of the former and the latter rain coming together. They have raised up men and women from an early age who are now performing drama, teaching classes, leading worship, and preaching the gospel to a lost and dying world.
